Center for Aesthetic Medicine

Everything the team needs to know before we start making their content.

Prepared by G Media · September 2026 · Internal

First shoot day Friday 18 September. On site 9:30, shooting 10:00 to 14:00, at the practice.

01

The sixty second version

Who

A med spa in Summerlin, Las Vegas. Injectables, laser, skincare, weight loss.

3038 S. Durango Drive, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89117.

What we do

12 short-form videos a month, produced from shoot days at the practice.

The situation

The practice changed hands. The new owner is rebuilding the audience from 223 followers. We are the content engine for that rebuild.

Who we copy

NAKED MD. 359,357 followers. We are matching their format discipline, not their subject matter.

02

Who CAM is

Center for Aesthetic Medicine is a medical aesthetics practice in Summerlin. Injectables, laser treatments, skincare and weight loss. It is a real medical practice run by a nurse practitioner, not a storefront med spa, and that distinction is the whole brand.

The owner

Jasmine “Jazzee” Freeman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Owner and injector. Over ten years in dermatology. UNLV.

In her own words, from our founder interview

  1. 01I actually started my sales career selling toilet paper. It wasn't glamorous, but it taught me resilience. It taught me how to hear no.
  2. 02About ten years ago I met Heather, and Heather became my aesthetic provider.
  3. 03I would have been her janitor if she asked me to. I just simply wanted the opportunity to learn.
  4. 04The answer was always no. So instead of waiting, I just kept preparing.
  5. 05Not only did I work full time in pharmaceutical sales, I attended nursing school. During that same season, I was also going through fertility treatments.
  6. 06Then on April 1st, she sent me a message and she asked — are you serious about buying my practice? I remember laughing and responding, is this an April Fool's joke?
  7. 07Every job, every mentor, every rejection, every long night prepared me for this moment.
  8. 08This isn't the beginning of my dream. This is the next chapter of a dream that started almost 20 years ago.
  9. 09Come along and be a part of our CAM community. The best is yet to come.

Why this matters for the work

She bought this practice from the person who used to treat her. That is the story, and it is better than anything we could write. It is also why “the next chapter” language runs through everything they post.

04

What transferred and what did not

Came with the practice

The location, the team, the patient base, the equipment, the CAM name and branding.

Did not come with the practice

The previous owner's Instagram account,

@aestheticmedicine_lv22,964 followers. It is named after the previous owner and stays with the previous owner. We do not have it, we are not getting it, and we do not reference it.

Their claim, not ours to make

The @camlasvegas bio says “Top 10 Allergan Aesthetic Clinic in NV”. That is their bio and their call, and the working assumption is that the designation came with the practice when they bought it. Anything about using it in paid advertising sits between CAM and the ads partner, not with us. For the organic work we write, reach for her own credentials instead, because they need no checking and they are stronger anyway: MSN, APRN, FNP-C, UNLV, over ten years in dermatology.

The previous owner's name still appears on 71 pages of CAM's website. Not our scope today, but do not be surprised when you see it.

Nineteen posts is not a content problem, it is a starting line. The account restarted on 28 August with the line “The next chapter of CAM starts with the same promise”. Everything we make from here is chapter one. Nobody on the team should be discouraged by the follower count. The job is volume, consistency and format discipline, in that order.

06

Who we are emulating

NAKED MD, @nakedmd. Not the subject matter, the discipline. Everything below is their last fifty posts, pulled from the live account on 15 September. Click any of them to open it here in the page.

359,370followers
661posts

The thing to notice

Their stills beat their reels, roughly three to two.

Across their last fifty posts: still images run a median of 229 likes, carousels 218, reels 146. Drop the one reel that broke out to 1,172 and the reels median is 144. Twenty-six of the fifty are not video at all.

Why it matters for us: Friday's plan produces twenty videos and zero stills. The account we are copying earns more on the format we are not making. The macro block already shoots the exact frames those stills are built from, so this is an editing decision, not shoot time. Worth deciding before Friday, not after.

What we cannot copy from them

NAKED MD is not under our SOW and does not follow our rules. Five of the fifty below are tagged before-and-after, including their best performer, and a lot of their captions are straight result claims — “lips that transform your look”, “chin filler that reshapes the whole conversation”. Both of those are prohibited for CAM: no before-and-after without Jasmine Freeman's written approval, and no result claims at all. See 10.

Copy their structure, their length and their restraint. Never their claims.

Their last fifty posts

What we copy

1

One idea per post. Never two.

Open any dozen of them above. Each names a single treatment and a single outcome. Forehead tox. Chin filler. Lip flip. The post is over when that idea has landed.

2

The still posts are the teaching posts.

Their stills and carousels explain something: what a treatment plan looks like, what facial balancing means, why a non-surgical nose job is not about making the nose smaller. That is the infographic lane, and it is the lane earning the most.

3

The face is optional.

Hands, tools, product and rooms carry most of these frames. Their longest-running ad has no face in it and nobody speaking, and it has been live for 849 days.

4

The same opening, over and over.

“Almost everyone books chin filler thinking about projection. But the real transformation is…” Then the same shape again for lips, then for forehead tox. They found one structure that works and they refill it. That is the opposite of being creative every time.

5

Never a claim, always a mechanism.

They say what the product does, not what it will do to you. “Hyaluronic acid works by binding water.” “TOX relaxes the muscle above the upper lip.” That is how a medical account stays inside Meta's health policy and still sounds authoritative.

07

The plan

1Step

One four-hour shoot day at the practice, every month, produces twenty finished videos.

Twenty is a count of finished videos, not setups. One hallway setup becomes six separate pieces. One lens change becomes eight.

2Step

Twelve short-form videos a month. Studio work counts toward the twelve, and their studio time is unlimited.

They can come in and film as much as they want. Everything past the twelve builds the library.

3Step

The snowball. At three to five months in we start re-posting material from months earlier, which is what makes daily posting possible without daily filming.

Early on it will feel slow: three to four posts a week. That is expected and it is the plan working, not the plan failing.

The point of getting ahead

One practice day makes twenty and we owe twelve, and their studio time is unlimited on top of that. That gap is deliberate. Three or four months in we want to be sitting on months of finished content they have not seen yet. A client who is that far ahead does not leave, and it is why the early weeks are worth over-shooting rather than shooting to the number.

Two sources, not one

The monthly four-hour day at the practice is the backbone, and it is not the only thing feeding the account. CAM also comes to our studio to record the podcast and direct-to-camera pieces. The practice day gives us the treatments, the hands and the rooms; the studio gives us Jazzee talking with controlled light and clean audio. Between them there is something to post in every week of the month.

Organic and paid run together

The same content runs as both organic posts and paid ads. What performs organically is usually what we put spend behind.

Same wardrobe all day or nothing intercuts.

  • 10:00–11:30

    The macro block

Ninety protected minutes. Eight finished ads. Never shortened, moved or traded.

  • 11:30–12:15

    The hallway hour.

Six Debunks episodes, back to back off one setup.

  • 12:15–12:30

    Three videos.

  • 13:10–13:30

    Team head shots

Whole team. They asked for this by name and have no team photos at all.

A freebie, not a deliverable. Still gets shot properly and still gets retouched.

  • 13:30–14:00

Clinic tour, end cards, pickups, wrap.

Important

This is run and gun, not a run of show. CAM cannot tell us the order their procedures happen in, so the times are a shape, not a schedule. Work the list, not the clock. If a neurotoxin appointment starts while you are mid-hallway, leave the hallway and go shoot the needle. That footage is the reason we picked this day.

If the day runs short

The clinic tour goes first, then Debunks episodes come off the end one at a time.

The macro block and the team head shots are never cut.

The twenty videos

Twenty is a count of finished videos, not setups. One hallway setup becomes six. One lens change becomes eight. Full hooks, talking points and CTAs are in the shoot-day brief linked above; word-for-word scripts are in the scripts doc.

What we deliver every month

12short-form videos per month
20finished videos out of one shoot day
1four-hour shoot day at the practice

Twelve a month is the number we are committed to. Everything past it builds the library.

What a delivery looks like

Nine talking videos

Jazzee to camera. 35 to 55 seconds, except the founder piece which runs 65 to 80.

Identity card on screen by 0:01 — Jazzee Freeman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C / Owner and injector

Eleven silent videos

No talking head at all. 10 to 40 seconds, three of them under fifteen. No name card, end card only. One fixed caption from frame one to the end.

Why eleven are silent

The podcast already produces talking-head content and is clipped separately, so more talking duplicates something we get for free. And the longest-running ad in this category, 849 days live, has no face in it.

After the camera stops

1

Straight to Frame

The footage is uploaded the same day. Not Monday. Two reasons: the team cannot start editing until it is there, and CAM is promised the raw footage inside 24 to 48 hours of the shoot.

Friday's shoot ends at 14:00. That clock starts then, and it runs over the weekend.

2

Edited from Frame, assigned to the team

Work is picked up off Frame and assigned out. J-Aaron runs the hand-off of the edits.

3

Jasmine reviews, in Frame

We write the captions. Everything goes to her through Frame — the cuts, the captions, the approvals, all of it in one place. Nothing gets scheduled until it is approved in Frame.

She is the sole approver, with two revision rounds and seven-day deemed approval. That seven days cannot start until she has something in front of her, so the sooner a cut reaches her the sooner the clock runs.

10

The rules that can get us in trouble

This is the most important section

1

Patient releases decide the day

A patient in frame without a signed release naming paid social use is unusable, and that is most of the macro. No release, no face: shoot hands, needles, machines, product and backs of heads only. Nothing identifiable, including in a reflection.

2

No patient on camera

Not in any frame, reflection or monitor. Where a second body is needed, a staff member does it and signs a release first.

3

No treatment or result claims

This is a medical account under Meta's health policy.

4

No before and after

Without written approval from Jasmine Freeman. Every time.

5

Her own credentials only

MSN, APRN, FNP-C, UNLV, over ten years in dermatology. Never the Allergan ranking until someone has confirmed it transferred with the practice. See 04.

6

Never speak to the viewer's face

No “you look tired”, no “your problem areas”, no “fix what you hate”. General audience, always.

Banned words

  • clinically proven
  • cure
  • erase
  • guaranteed
  • no downtime guaranteed
  • permanent
  • reverse aging

A caption containing any of these is held automatically before it can post. Write “can help soften”, never “erases”.

Approval

Jasmine Freeman is the sole approver. Two revision rounds. Seven-day deemed approval.

Posting rule

Every Instagram post must carry the location Center for Aesthetic Medicine, 3038 S. Durango Drive, Suite 100. This is a client hard rule.

G Media

Production, editing, organic posting, the content calendar. Everything you see on this page.

Friday's shoot · Jeremy, shooting solo
One shooter all day. Leave the lav on Jazzee between hallway videos, never strike a setup before its block is done, and when a patient declines a release switch straight to the faceless list rather than stopping.

Our white-label paid-ads partner

12

What we still need

  • The list of patients willing to be on camera, with treatment types and time slots. Outstanding with the practice.

  • Signed releases in hand before the macro block starts.

  • Partner access to the Instagram page so we can set the post location properly. It comes through our paid-ads partner — they hold the business suite and have to grant it.

“This isn't the beginning of my dream. This is the next chapter of a dream that started almost 20 years ago.” — Jasmine “Jazzee” Freeman, owner

That line is the account. Everything we make should sound like it belongs to someone who waited twenty years for this and is not going to waste it.
